Programme Manager-Digital Transformation PMO role-Contract Role based Mayo
Ideal candidate;
-Broad understanding of Digital Transformation as it relates to Manufacturing.
-Strong ability to work between the business and technical teams.
-Can adapt well to translate technical information into business outcomes.
-Must have strong planning ability and clearly define what success criteria is and business value outcomes will be.
-Understands how to refine, prioritise and execute a digital transformation roadmap rooted in Business Value.
-Must have strong ability to control scope & budget skills on a large scale.
-Must have strong PM communication skills, verbal and written. Including non-technical teams.
-Expert in the core documentation of a Programme Management & Business Case development of Digital Transformation Initiatives.
-Entrepreneurial flair, thinking outside the box. Mover and shaker.
-Must have strong ability to engage with broad set of stakeholders from operations to Senior Leadership.
-A visionary digital leader, with a strong relationship building skills to lead, inspire others and adapt & change.
Contract: 12-month contract, full-time, 40 hours per week, may have scope for extension.
On-site requirement: Hybrid 2 days per week in Mayo (Primary). May be required in Galway on request, with prior agreement.
Rate is: €500 per day.
